Easy Lasagna Soup brings the familiar flavors of classic lasagna into a simple, one-pot dinner. Savory ground beef, tender pasta, and a rich tomato broth cook together, then each bowl is finished with creamy ricotta and melty mozzarella. It’s a filling, comforting meal that comes together with minimal prep and fits easily into busy weeknights.
